Treatment Consultation

A complimentary health questionnaire will be completed before your treatment to personalize your experience.

Treatment Times

The treatment duration includes the time from when your therapist greets you until you leave the treatment room. Late arrivals may result in reduced treatment time, while full charges will apply.

Cancellation Policy

Please provide 24 hours’ notice for cancellations. Cancellations within 6 hours or no-shows will incur a 100% charge. A credit card is required to secure bookings.

Gift Vouchers

Gift cards are available at Hotel Reception for spa enthusiasts.

Spa Etiquette

Our spa is a place of tranquility and privacy. Please respect other guests by refraining from phone use, or keeping devices on silent. The spa is a smoke-free environment. Towels, slippers, and robes are provided for your comfort, and we recommend wearing them upon arrival. Your therapist will advise on clothing during treatments, with full draping for privacy.

Spa Arrival

Please check in at Spa Reception at least 15 minutes before your appointment to allow for a brief consultation. Late arrivals will not extend scheduled treatments.

Age Requirement

Guests must be 16 years or older to access spa, wellness, and fitness areas. For children’s access during designated hours, they must be accompanied by an adult.

Health Conditions

Please inform us of any health concerns, allergies, or injuries when booking your treatment.

Pregnancy

Our therapists will guide you to select the most suitable treatments during pregnancy.

Loss or Damage

We cannot be responsible for lost or damaged personal items. We recommend keeping valuables in your room safe. Lockers are available upon request.

Facility Restrictions

The use of alcohol and tobacco is prohibited. Appropriate attire is required, including sports shoes in the fitness center.

Spa Retail

Continue your spa experience at home with our range of skincare products, available at Hotel Reception.

Unacceptable Behavior

We do not tolerate inappropriate behavior, including vulgarity, intoxication, or demeaning actions toward staff or guests. Please respect the spa environment.

The hotel is not responsible for loss or damage to personal property. Management reserves the right to refuse access. The use of the spa facilities is at your own risk.
